IWR Reports Stopped Working!!

Good Morning, Need Help FAST!! For some reason, my IWR reports stopped running in Upfront. I can open each report from within Impromptu just fine. When clicking on the report in Upfront, nothing happens!

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, whats the error message?
What has changed in your configuration so your reports no longer run?
 
Thanks for your response Kaiaualad! I finally got in touch with a friend that helped me solve the problem. There were no error msgs being generated, after clicking the link to run the report, nothing ever happened!

The problem was with an Access db that I had set up as an ODBC data source in Access Manager. I went into IWR Server Admin. and the report queue had 15 requests in it, with a report that used the Access db still processing.

Here are the steps that solved my problem:
The reports must be removed from the queue in IWR Server Administration

1. Open IWR Reports Administration and disable all reports

2. Open IWR Server Administration
- delete reports from the queue. If the report(s) is still in progress, open Task Manager and end all
instances of "impserver.exe"

3. Re-start these Componenet Services
- Impromptu Web COM Service (CER1)
- Impromptu Web Service Manager (CER1)

4. If Task Manager has not been opened, open it and end all instances of "impserver.exe"
