Hey guys
We are getting ready to roll out IWR (impromptu web reports) to about 1000 users. Yesterday an issue poped up where when someone went to run a report, it would run fine and come up in a .pdf format. Then when they went to go export it to excel by clicking the "View as excel" button in the lower left hand corner they would get as error. The error came up in the first cell (A1) of excel, "<B>An internal error has occurred.<BR>Please contact your report administrator.</B><BR>You are not authorized to access this report."
A little background:
OS: Win2K SP3
IE ver: IE 6 SP1
Office: Office 2K Stnd. SR-1
We have found that machines running Office 2K Pro with
SR-1 have no prob. It is just the office standard users.
