Does anyone knows what's going on. We get errors from IWReqMan, IWIRSDISP and ImpServer while retrieving data via Impromptu Web Reports.
Below an example of the error in Event Log.
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( IWRcer3:IWReqMan ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): SWID=20031016163226164COGNOS-DATAPID3020TID3728 - COGNOS-DATA, 4220(c68), 2003/10/16 16:32:29.835; Error: 0, Generic; Process ID: 4220; Thread: 3176; Host: COGNOS-DATA; Text: Failure occurred while executing prompt job for report F:\Imp_Web_Reports\Posting_folder\EURSCM\SET3_EURSCM\apps\EUR_Report_5a.imr. Couple of basic things to check.

-You need to have a copy of the catalog saved in the same directory as the reports.

- The catalog needs to have the database login info saved. (Catalog / User Profiles / Database from Impromptu.)

If this is a picklist prompt, make sure that the list source is in the correct directory.

The report(s) are published in correct catalog. I found out the setting of attribute allowIdlepromptServers was wrong. It must be zero instead of 1. But we have still one report which gave this error. After a while it takes all internal memory and the server does not work anymore.
