Iwatsu system/ Sonic firewall setting

Sorry, I can't find how to post this under the Iwatsu system . This is a ECS system. I am trying to get a NON-VPN phone working through a sonic firewall (sonic is at the main system). The phone comes on but we do not have audio to the phone. This usually mean 50002 is not programmed right at the remote router, however I can connect and get audio from another ECS that has non-vpn phones. This tells me the remote router is programmed correctly. I also have a vpn phone working at the main system which tells me the phone system is set up right. This points to the sonic firewall. Anyone have this issue with a sonic firewall before? It seems like there is a “box that needs to be checked” in the sonic. Any ideas?
