Iwatsu Adix VS-KSU Programmer 3.2 Database

I have been attempting to open a previously saved database in order to make programming changes to this switch, but the programmer doesn't open the database. Instead, it shows "cannot open file". Is there anyone here who has had any experience with Adix KSUs?

Are you onsite? Can you download a new database? Sometimes databases get corrupted.

I am able to connect to the switch, but I don't seem to have the ability to download it's current settings.

First you need to get a database. Open the programmer. Create a database (make sure you have the correct mem version). Connect to the system. Download the system size. Then download the complete database. Make changes, Apply, upload changed classes or complete database. If you need more info reply. EZ system.
