I am trying to set up a cordless single line phone on an Iwatsu Adix system. I have the system setup with an 8 port analog card. The phone works fine as an extension but I cannot get it to access an outside line. I have researched and have not been able to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try dialing 9?
I dont know the system but if it helps... first you would need to put line/trunks into a pool/group then program an access code for it then allow the set to have access to that code.
