Where do I edit when the day and evening DNIS tables are active?

I see where 2.19 (time zone) has "0", "1", and "2" entered in the hour rows for weekday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday, but what do these numbers mean?

I've never used the time zones. In class 25 you can route by incoming number to an extension or group number. That is changed by either pressing the night button or setting a start time in class 4.
