IVS2 night key not working

What am I missing?

I have a customer with an IVS2 with a night key programmed on two Dterms. On one extension it is fully functional but on the other it only indicates. I have checked Cmd 9000 and the keys are both set to F1301, 1202 both set the same and I have tried swapping phones in case the key was faulty. I even took the night key off the one that worked incase I had hit a limitation but to no avail (mind you I didn't try a system reset)!

Any Ideas/suggestions?

Will it work by dialing the access code from the other phone?

No!

There wasn't an access code set so I set one up for the customer to try. It works on the station that has the functioning key but doesn't on the one that only indicates!

I got the feature programming manual out and went through all the programming and both extensions are set the same for all listed commands and there are no limitations listed nor any need for a reset of the system!

Panic over!

It suddenly occured to me to check the prime line setting of the Dterm and it was set to a different number! All the customer has to do is select the right line key and the night key works!
