Need a readme file on IVR.
I've been to Avaya's support site:

which lists hundreds of documents but no clear "start here" document.

I can provide some detail on the system I support if needed.

We have a V7 running Unix 2.1.2
I'd like some sort of document that tells me where to start on their site. e.g. Overview of IVR is doc # xxxx, how IVRs work is doc #xxxy, etc.
