if i may suggest you contact your AVAYA Business Partner. They'll have good insight into and IVR solution for you. I currently use a company called Braxtel. They are great to work with. Check them out online...
Braxtel put in an IVR for my business and its working like a charm. I maintain it now, once they built it. give them a call.
