Hi All-

I am currently using Eclipse 3.2 for creating and editing IVRs for our company with the Avaya Voice plugin. We are currently on version 3.x. I am brand new at this and need alot of help. Do any of you have any helpful websites for creating an IVR and actually understanding it. Thanks for any links and helpful websites.
