I have a Opt 61c with SCCS 3.0 and am needing to install an IVR with the idea of near future VOIP applications for becoming a full blown Contact Center. Have proposals from Interactive Intelligence and Syntellect. Do any of you have any strong pros or cons for either??? Any comments appreciated.
