I'm trying to program a IVR for when a assesor is finish the call, tranfer to a topic from callflow, and the callflow reedirect to IVR for make a poll. The assesor transfer the call to a topic calling the number.
I get save the poll in a SQL, but I need know how I can recognize in IVR the original assesor that transfer the call, because I can't get the original extension of the assesor.
Someone know how i can get the original extension of phone (in a tranfered call) with a IVR?
