I am looking for an IVR solution to go into a 3300 network, dosn't need to be complicated. Incoming callers will be asked for a town name and then transferred to the appropriate ACD path.

Probably looking to connect via sip to multiple controllers or possibly DPNSS.

It does need to be stable and have good support in the UK.

Get you VAR to speak to Mitel. They have some people who can script an IVR. Alternatively there are quite a few companies that can do it also

We have spoken with Mitel, apparently they no longer sell an IVR solution ! I'm not convinced of the abilities of our account manager though !

Was hoping someone had experience of a 3rd party IVR that they could recommend.

Asterisk might be a good solution. Put it in front and connect via sip.

The Nupoint supports IVR (At least as part of the Application Suite)

From the Help Files for Application Suite:

Speech Auto Attendant - Description

The NuPoint Messenger Speech Auto Attendant (SAA) is a speech-enabled application that allows users to place calls to people quickly and efficiently by speaking their names. In addition to placing calls by name, users can say a department name or telephone number. A tutorial introduces users to the system features, and voice-based help is available to answer questions.

The Speech Auto Attendant uses an automated attendant to route incoming calls based on spoken commands. Typically, you say the name of the person you want to speak to and the system transfers your call to the requested party.

The SAA has the ability to store four numbers per person and provides the configurable option for the user to select which phone number will be called. Refer to the Web View Help for user configuration instructions.

The Speech Auto Attendant also supports up to 15 departments and allows callers to listen to all the department names upon speaking the “department” command. Refer to the Web Console Help for department configuration instructions.

Just Checked, The Stand alone Nupoint has Speech Auto-Attendant as well.

Not sure how well it could handle the varied dialects you're bound to encounter but that problem exists for all IVR's
