IVR Question if anyone can help

I have an Older Lucent Intuity Conversant IVR. We are using Script Builder Application. I am trying to get something to work and can not figure it out. The iVR answers the calls and I want the caller to be able to Press 1 for DeptA, Press 7 for DeptB, Press 3 for Spell by Name, Press 4 for Department Directory, Press 8 fro Spanish, If you know your parties 3 digit extension you can press it at any time.

I have everything working except for dialing the 3 digit extension at anytime. How is the programmed in the "Prompt & Collect"? I have listed as follows:

CASE Action
1 Continue
3 Continue
4 Continue
7 Continue
8 Continue
9 Reprompt
3nn Goto Xfer_2_Extension
4nn Goto Xfer_2_Extension
5nn Goto Xfer_2_Extension
6nn Goto Xfer_2_Extension

The Goto Xfer_2_Ext I believe is set to pass the digits back to the PBX for processing to the station that was inputted. But I am not sure what it should look like.

Anyone with Older Conversant experience, HELP!! I am new to this, so even the above may be incorrect. Just need to know the right way to do it.

I'm completely talking out my butt here because I know nothing about this system, but I did major in computer programming in college. One would think that when calling the function "Xfer_2_Extension" that you would need to pass the digits to the function (unless they are stored in some temporary buffer the function knows to look in).

So it might look like: 3nn Goto Xfer_2_Extension %1

or something along those lines.

I openly admit I know nothing - just bouncing an idea off of you.
