Hi
I have resilient MiVB running 7 and vMicc running 7.1. I have a remote IVR server plus a redundant IVR. so three virtual servers on hyper-v all the same domain. 46 active and 10 redundant IVR ports. when I setup a messaging port tick remote port and select correct server port is in service and I can see in port monitor it ringing but it never answers. I have assigned the port to a management callflow, I don't see this in the port monitor.
my PF inbound service is set to logon with local account which is an admin account. restarted this service on all three servers many times.
any help please?
