I have found a few posts in these forums with similar questions, but none exactly like mine and none with answers.

What we need:

An IVR solution that will allow me to program our application on an in-house web server to interact with a few different databases.

1. Caller will call in and be prompted for data.
2. The caller-entered data will be sent to my web server and validated against a database.
3. The appropriate response will be sent back to the IVR and then to the caller.
4. Possibly, the caller will be prompted for more data and steps 2 - 4 can be repeated as needed.

We are currently using a BCM 400 3.6 to manage our call center. I know we will need to purchase the IVR add-on. With that, is our proposed IVR solution possible with the BCM?

All responses and suggestions are welcome!

Thanks!

Yes. It obviously requires the keycode. We had a 3rd party come in an integrate the IVR with a Chapter 13 Law Office. It worked flawlessly, due to no help from me. I just pointed the AA path to the CDN built by the 3rd party co.

Thank you for your reply!

I am excited to hear you say it is possible. Coincidentally, our the solution we are looking for is also Chapter 13 related.

I am still a bit confused, though.

You had the 3rd party develop an application and integrated it with the IVR?

Would you mind giving me a simple outline of how a call is processed with your system? ( i.e. incoming-call=>BCM=>IVR=>web-server )

Thanks again for your help!

The 3rd party vendor built the application using all of the BCM IVR keycoded capability.

Incoming call=> BCM Call Pilot AA=> Path 2=> IVR CDN=> IVR?, but the customer loved it. Chapter 13 Downtown LA.
