If anyone has any info on what it takes to implement IVR...I quoted an IVR and now I am being told as well as the IVR key codes I need something like Periproducer??? Any help would be appreciated as this is a very expensive thing I need to eat...

We are going through the very same thing right now, you have to have the software to run the ivr. One of the ones that Nortel recomends is a peri program. You can buy the software toolkit and the keycodes to let you program your own but I belive that they are like $10,000. Then yo have to be able to write computer programs. I searched and searched trying to prove myself wrong, but it does not look like I am. If you contact Nortel they can put you in touch with the right people for the program.

Wish I had better news for you, Good Luck

Yes...I am at level 2 w/Nortel they sent a demo of the Peripro and it does not work. I am also looking at Plum...They have a web based IVR as well as hardware based at the customer site. A four port system runs around $10,000. I think the Peri was around $6000 but I am not sure what that includes...Let me know if you find anything and thanks!
