IVR on BCM - Please HELP

We started to test ivr on new BCM 3.7 but there are errors that make us

can not continue.

1.unable to upload voice file to BCM, please see the err in

ivr_prompt_err as follows;

2.unable to execute command of Voice Memory Manager(VMM) and Call Control

Manager(CMM) on BCM.Please note the commands will help us to maintain

voice and ivr port with command line.Please see the err in

command_fail

"Command Failed (Connection Failed. Unable to connect to the shared Folder location) [42.17.16]"
