IVR not working in IPOCC

Hi AlL,

I created a IVR script in IPOCC 9.1 and activated it but when I put it to the Taskflow, it's not working. I created TAG LIST with value --User - Integer - Number and there is no error when i activate the IVR script and the Taskflow, anyone has idea why this is not working?? thank you.
