IVR not responding intermittently - 'Customer Profile not found' error in Event Viewer

I'm trying to determine the cause of this error, not having any luck. Our environment is using CC7, and it's transferring to Callpilot with a GIVE IVR *ivr number* WITH TREATMENT #### - the treatment number corresponds to an SDN configured on the Callpilot server that is associated with a menu. The issue is that the call is being transferred to the IVR, and the IVR is not responding (because of the error below - the times match up exactly with our reported ACD calls). When it is returned to CC7 it defaults to ACD queueing because it's designed to do that when the IVR fails.

This error is being logged in the event viewer of the Callpilot server (appid sanitized):

Event from AppBuilder BRM[16:] : Customer profile not found. AppID = XXXXXXX. Customer ID = 1. Tenant ID = 1.

I'm trying to determine what is causing these.. it's only happening on some calls, so it's not an issue with the SDN config. This has been occurring for about a week, and we're getting 15x the number of ACD calls we usually get! These callflows normally don't have any problems at all.
