can anyone suggest a voicemail system that will support Interactive voice responce for smaller to medium size business's ? (8-12 port) my requirements are as follows 1. that it support IVR, 2. the line plays a status message and I need that status message that will change based on a condition, (Not time of day/day of week) 3. that I can get some reports to say x amount of calls in this period, adverage time of call Y, 4. that I can manually change the status message, I don't need anything else like unified messageing or anything else fancy any queestions as to where to look
