Hi all,

we do need to make a conf call between ivr channels, and to connect two users and to record voice from one of the users.

So we need two callers connected to the IVR on separate channel and recording the users.

Has anyone of you used this before?

Regards,

Guzapasha

Hi all,

Is Conversant able to record the voice of each party separately.

Any idea how to do that.

Marko

OK you can use the feature 'call bridge' in the script from Conversant.
You bridge a call with the FAC code for service observing talk/listen mode. Then you can make a conference between the agents of the conversant. Just make shore all the cors are correct. That way you can setup a conference call.

TafKaf thanx for this,

After the call bridge step is executed, the script is paused, so i cannot do any recording of the conversation.

Any idea?
