Hi all,
WE have BC10 with 24 lims and 600 port Intervoice IVR. And very often the cas lines drop to "line locked out". After restarting IVRs it's ok, but it occurs one a day.
So does someone use DPNSS protocol for Intervoice IVR( or any) connection here and does it affect positively to this problem?
If so what should be the parameters of DPNSS route for RODAP and ROCAP..
