I have a NEAX 2000 IPS with IVR. It is setup to for callback in a call center situation. Recently when caller selects the option to leave a number it rings busy. When I call the extension directly from my phone it gets transfered to another extension.

How can I rectify this??

Have you checked to see if a call forward has been set? Cmds E600, E601, E602 etc.

Need more info.

What IVR system are you using? It sounds like you are using Zeacom's Qmaster?

When you say "call back," is a mailbox or Zeacom's callback feature.

If it is a mailbox and an extension, then check OzzieGeorge's suggestion.

If it is zeacom's call back feature, there is no extension. So that does not sound right.

If you are just trying to call the IVR pilot and you get a busy, try also rebooting. In that case it sounds like the port is hung.

please post more info. this is all over the place.

I would be loathe to reboot the Qmaster without a proper shut down and usually the shut down and a restart is all that is necessary. I would try that first

FYI
NEC tech came in discovered with the help of NEC developer that this was due to the time/regional settings being set to English-Canada (where I reside). The date format is reversed when that happens.

Thanks
