I've uploaded a database to an .asp directory on the Internet (with write permissions) and when I use a HTML Data Access Page created with Microsoft Access 2000 it displays this error in a popup form:

"Safety settings on this computer prohibit accessing a data source on another domain."

Sounds like a local error, but I'm lost from here..

Please help..

thanks..

There are security settings in IE for "Accessing Data Sources Across Domains".

Just go to TOOL>>INTERNET OPTIONS>>SECURITY>>CUSTOM LEVEL
And set "Access Data Sources Across Domains" to enabled.

Lemme know if it works.
