Trying to fix another problem (with the helpful use of this site, which did get fix.......YEAH!!) I've messed something else up. Now lines 2-5 go directly to our Network Administrator's voicemail instead of going to the company message, then the ccr tree. I don't know what I did. My earlier problem is posted down below. Can someone please help this trouble soul :)

Make sure that anyone with outside lines RINGING on their phone isn't forward no answer or forward on busy in a SHORTER amount of rings than the Auto Attendant is picking up.
So if you have under F983, AA, Lines, set the rings to say 4 and then you went into system programming/ Terminals&Sets/ Capabilities/ Fwd no answer to the vmail in 3 rings, then whatever rings on that phone will be answered by that persons mailbox. Because it forwards first!
So you would have to set the forward no answer on her phone to more like 6 rings so that the lines will be answered in 4 rigns.

If you need the step by step, let me know..... MRoberts

Thank you for the quick response. I changed the ring for forward no answer to 6. I hope that works, but if not, I'm sure I'll be contacting you soon :)

Thanks again for your help!!!

I just tried it and it didn't work. Line 1 is ringing just fine, but when line 2-6 ring, it still goes directly to voicemail of our network administrator....why oh why does this happen to me??

1st go to F983/AA/Lines and make sure those lines are being answered by AA, then check the amount of rings before AA answers. 2nd, should these lines be ringing on the network admin's phone?

sometimes you can make the lines public, pool A-P, or PRIVATE and point them at one extension. I would check under the Lines section and make sure you have your lines in a pool and NOT private to the extension of the Net. Admin

Check the foward on busy on the administrator's phone. If it is only happening when she's on the phone. ANYONE with outside lines RINGING on their phone will be effected by this. Any one of those persons should NOT have the call forward on busy set at all! And they all should have their forward no answers set to 6ish while the AA is set to 4ish. MRoberts
