I've just learned how to add an ico

I've just learned how to add an icon to my visitors favorites list when they add my site to their favorites. Now, what tools are available for converting image files to .ico (or icon files).

I use MS Image Composer for my imaging and it doesn't seem to have it.

They offer a free generator to make a .ico image.

I had a quick look and their suggestion is to use the following program to convert an existing image.
