I've installed GCC for AIX f 1

I've installed GCC for AIX from the BFF file I downloaded from BULL (/pub/aix432/). I installed using [tt]installp[/tt] and it given OK, but gcc doesn't compile succesfully my programs... ggc is searching for the [tt]as[/tt] program (I guess is the GNU ASSEMBLER) and can't obviously find it!
