Hi,
We're using CM 4.2(3).
I'm trying to use a custom file to update phones and put them in new device pools.
When trying to update the phones I use the drop down box and set to "device name" in custome file ***.txt and add to query.if i view query it comes back with
an error at the bottom of the screen "Applet RSAspProxyApplet notinited" - is this a java error on the publisher? If I leave viewing the query and try to push the update through the browser just hangs and it doesn't update.
I'm browsing with IE7 but the same happens with Firefox. The same also happens on the actual server using IE6.
I read that Java is not included on windows anymore and we have had to update the OS when we last upgraded although it was only adding a service pack to W2K.
I'm tempted to install the latest Java on our Publisher to see if that resolves the issue as I can't think of anything else to do.
We haven't used BAT since the upgrade (when we went mearly from 4.2 (1) - (3) although previoulsy we only used it to add phones and users for ext mobility.
Please help - I have 1500 phones to update into new device pools and handballing them in one by one is proving rather time consuming not to mention very monotonous!!
