I've got a couple of routers, one with a PRI card (5200), and one with a 8 port isdn card (3640), which are used for routed or manually connections to customers.

We've had a number of large phone bills recently as a result of forgotten calls.

Question:Is there a tool/product we can use to display in realtime, the current connections for each channel and when they started.

We created a SYSLOG server and pointed the Cisco's at it, but the viewer tool (Tri-Action) isn't realtime and just really allows you to view the syslog messages.
