Hello,

My integrated voicemail system doesn't work anymore. When i dial the voicemail i see in display blocked number. When i look in allop there is an alarm that device board, brdid 112, is faulty or missing. Restart from board fails and restart of unit IVLP didn't solve the problem.

Have anybody a solution for me?

Thanks in advance,

Kings

Is it integrated voice mail?

If yes....
Did you check the board and cable between SPU and Hard Disk?

When you give BLFDP; is the generic number on the list?
If yes, try...

BLDBE:BPOS=,ALLFM=YES;

Well, this is the start of your saga a this will continue until your customer give up and request for a new voicemail system. Imagine every time you have this internal error, you had to format the hard drive and rerecord all the voice prompt and users greetings. Its amazing system. Its up to you if you will continue using it or wait till your brain shell cracked.

lol patcher, oh Irony...

A serious situation for all of us. Daddy is speechless. And patcher is responsible... Daddy, please give us hope, try to explain, that with BC12.2 all will be better (even it is not true). Don´t leave us alone with our destiny.

let me put it like this : E/// IVM sucks. there are far better solutions (although more expensive) out there...

I can only agree after working with IVM since BC10.

I had a similar problem and it turned out the IV system hard drive had totally died and had to be changed out. was the only problem i had in about a year of looking after it though.....
