I have a IUSR_"Computername" account that will not unshade the change password next logon and cannot change password the respective boxes.

How do I change these options when they are shaded.

uncheck the "Password never expires" first, And you need to be logged on with appropriate priviledges.

Be aware that having the "change at next logon" checked will cause the services to fail at next start up.
