IUSR_<servername> - how to hard code the password

For some reason long ago, the local IUSR password was changed on our web server. Now, every website I create I have to go into the properties for the website (Directory Security tab --> Authentication & Access Control) and update the password. Is there a way to "hard-code" this somewhere so I can skip this step? I've scoured tek-tips but their search isn't that great :(
