iuRunCommand Error while loading CCM 4.12

I'm having an error while trying to load CCM 4.12. I have seen this mentioned in these forums before and typically they reload the OS and everything is good.
Not so for me. I've tried loading this on 2 compaq dl380 G2 and a MCS 7835 Dl380 G2.
I have Win2k Server with SP4
appropriate windows services enabled
OS 2000.2.5
OS 2000.2.7
OS Service Release 2000.2.7.sr8

the error again is:
iuRunCommand
Create Process: Error 2: The system could not find the file specified.

If a screen shot will help I can send one.

I need to get at least one of these up in my lab. Thank you very much for the help.

Essentially this means it is missing the shutdown.exe file under C:\utils. Therefore copy the "shutdown.exe" file under the c:\programm files\cisco\updates\2000.2.X directory and paste it to the C:\utils directory.
