umm,it IS supposed to do that, right??

Hi Delster,

I assume this is for BC11 or 12 software ?

(For BC11 or 12)
25 = 4220
26 = 4222
27 = 4222+1 extra key panel
28 = 4223
29 = 4223+1 extra key panel
30 = 4223+2 extra key panels
31 = 4223+3 extra key panels
32 = 4223+4 extra key panels

(For BC12 only)
33 = 4225
34 = 4225+1 extra key panel
35 = 4225+2 extra key panels
36 = 4225+3 extra key panels
37 = 4225+4 extra key panels

Think that's all.

gedii.

It's more of a general thing.... half the systems i look after are BC9. the rest are mainly BC10. I hope that the phones will work at that software level as the boss has already ordered them!

Delster,
take in mind that those itype only work from BC11SP12 and BC12...

i thought that might be the case. any substitute itype i can use that will give them the right key functions?

just take their 3000 series counterparts.

like Dialog 3213 (itype 20) = dialog 4223

as you will see, you can't program all keys like in 3000 series

cheers
