No it is not. Itype for DBC4222 is 25 and with key panel is 26. For DBC 4223 Itype is 27 with key 1 key panel is 28 and so on. If you have BC9 system it will work with old itype.
Itype is not so important. This parameter gives you key resorses. You can put wrong itype for 4222 on 4223 and nothing happen. Only additional keys are not enabled.
