Itunes6 issue playing Video

Hi All,

End user with a MAC OSX 10.4.2, has an issue with Itunes Version 6.0.4 playing videos. I click on the video and a grey blank screen appears. Music files can play with no problem. Just a problem playing video. Any suggestions I could try?

Does this happen on all videos?

The latest codecs used for video podcasts can challenge older processors. I see gray blips sometimes on a G3 processor. What kind of processor/RAM is being used?

It is a G4. RAM is 512. Its a fairly new laptop. Yes, it happens for all videos. You double click on the video file (no matter what file it is) and you see just a big grey/blank screen.
