My daughter has an IPod and uses iTunes to get her music. For some reason now, when she goes to the iTunes site to download music the page will only load half way. Any ideas why? .. It has always worked fine before.

Try clearing history, files (including offline content) and delete all cookies. Now try reloading the page and see if that works.

Been there ... Done that ... did not help... uninstalled... and re-installed... no luck.

Try running Adaware and Spybot (downloads.cnet.com has 'em) to see if someone's "malware" may be interfering with the page loading.

Did that also... we have now uninstalled the iTunes... have regclean and Norton WinDoctor to run.... then going to reinstall.
