It's WinFIOL compatible with MX-ONE TSE?

Hi everybody,

I want to execute some commands in MX-ONE TSE (Telephony Server) via WinFIOL and I'm finding problems.

The fact is that I have connected to the MX-ONE and I have logged in successfully in Setup/TTY mode with the port in "Released" state. The problem comes when I try to send a command file in Buffered mode, because I try to connect the port without success (it always returns to "Released" status) and it sends the file to the Scheduler as it wasn't connection, as in fact it's :)

Have I forgotten something? Probably the version of WinFIOL is not appropriated for TSE? I'm using WinFIOL 6.4

Thanks in advanced

Best regards

you must add "MDSH> " to your prompts so Winfiol can see that you are logged on.

Menu -> Channel -> properties -> Target -> Prompts -> Add

Thank you for answering so soon.

The fact is that I had already tried it without success. However, I'll try again and I'll tell you what happens ;)

Best regards

It works well. We use it every day!

Hi everybody,

It works perfectly. The problem was that I put "MDSH>" as the prompt without the final white space.

Thank you very much

Best regards
