Any guidance on opening the housing to replace the LCD? I removed the two screws underneath the phone's base and separated the housing from the phone's base, then took out the two screws in the housing expecting it to open up. Must be a latch somewhere, but hoping someone knows where so I don't scratch things up more than necessary.

Thanks!

With ALL of the screws removed (3 or 4 depending on model), the housing usually snaps into place. You might try gently prying apart at the top or bottom corners.

In case anyone is curious, I got these pics from the vendor. After you remove the two Phillips screws from the base (the two closest to the display), the LCD display housing will pull out from the rest of the base. Then there are two more Phillips screws in the LCD display housing itself. After those two screws are removed, press a flat-blade screwdriver at the two locations shown in the pictures and the housing simply pops open.

I'll assume this applies to ITH, ITR, DTH and DTR 8 and 16 button models since the display housing is common to all.
