ITMU and Reboot Prompt

I need to find a way to have the users in this organization prompted to reboot after ITMU installs the needed patches.
Currently most of the users are only recieving information bubbles rather than prompts. Is there away to have ALL users prompted?

The bubble is the only thing I have seen. WSUS 2.0 prompts for a restart.
