I have following issue with the ITM 5.11 TMW_NetworkInterface resource model which I distributed to an NT4 SP6 server.
SNMP is running as well as the Network monitor agent. Diskcounters are activated. Profile and RM are running OK on the endpoint.

Using the workbench i can remotely connect to the cimV2 database. When I do a collection test on the TMW_NetworkInterface-class, I see the 2 instances but the string-fields are empty, there are no names filled out for the NIC's. No errors appear.
According to the userguide the monitoring agent and SNMP should be installed prior to TCP/IP. In our case they have been installed afterwards. Could this be the cause ? We would like to find a sollution without having to remove/reinstall TCP/IP.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
