ITG Trunk QoS Probe

Could someone explain to me how the QoS probe works for ITG Trunk? I know that I experienced packet loss. Then the problem cleared up, but does this indicate a 20% loss over some period of time in packets transmitted from site A to site B? Any help is appreciated.

your time frames seem very compact, have you noticed a degrade of service?,, prt qos in 117.. but you have almost the same loss for 711 and 729.. very strange config somewhere

Here is full output for these alarms from the ITG card's log files. These are SMC ITG ISDN trunks on 81C systems running 25.40. We are using G711 for all calls between these two sites across a DS-3. The time frame was short and we experienced no complaints. I am trying to understand the output and how the QoS probe algorithm works.
