I am looking for pricing information on ITG Line Cards and the i2004 phones. Card will be used on a Option 11C.

What software is required to support?

Also, does this card connect directly to a corporate LAN or is an intermediary device necessary for connection?

I can't answer the question regarding pricing. I do know that Nortel was running a deal last December where you upgrade a cabinet to Release 25.3 and you receive your choice of either an ITG Trunk card OR an ITG Line card w/four i2004s.

I took advantage of this on three cabinets and it cost me $3,600 per cabinet. I selected the Trunk cards for two cabinets and the Line card/phone combo for the third.

I believe that the list on the ITG line cards is probably around $7,000.

As for software, I'm running the Enterprise suite on 25.3. I don't know if it is required, though. You may be able to get by with one of the lesser suites.

Lastly, in regards to the connection, you simply plug the line card into your Ethernet switch and then you plug the i2004 phones anywhere on your LAN.

Hope this was helpful.

This information was indeed helpful and thank you for taking the time to respond.

If anyone else reading this knows pricing on the phones and cards, please let me know.
