This is just a guess, but I think you are asking if you can install a VOIP trunking card in a Nortel Meridian PBX. If so, I would like to reccommend the following forum:
We linked 2 Option 11s to a Option 61 via dual ITG cards, but I am the data person not the voice person, so I have no clue what release they were on, I bet the folks in the Meridian forum can help.
