Have the following - 3 Opt81C with ITG setup as ISDN. 1 system has call accounting on tty port for cdr. I can see the incoming calls. CDR is turned on for the route. I can NOT see any outgoing calls that are on the ITG route (verified d-channel outgoing messages etc). I have found conflicting information (info on a Radius server with qos etc while also seeing information that the Meridian 1 will output "all" data for CDR).

in route do you have OAN set to yes (try changing to no)

setup another TTY for CDR and monitor raw data.

You can pull a report and number of calls etc, out of the ITG card itself. Using OTM, with ITG ISDN open, highlight the site built and go to file and report and it will generate an EXCEL file with all kind of statistics that you can use. Try it and you will see what I mean.

Thank you. Everyone was right on the mark. I just completed pulling the reports. Had a problem where running 3 reports resulted in the 2nd report over writing the 1st, then the 3rd report over writing the 2nd. It initially appears that the reprots use the same file name. Hard to generate 3 site reports if they all use the same file name, right? Any suggestions?

Thank you - this is one great forum and you help is the reason why!

After doing the first report, go to where you stored it and rename the file to something other than the default. Just a PC function. Then run the next report and the rename it also.
