ITG & BCM heavy traffic. Virus?

We have recently set up 3 BCMs and ITG for VOIP trunking. Our network administrator has informed me that the Ip addresses we use a exibiting signs of having one of the new viruses.
Anyone else hear of this? I disconnected the systems from our WAN on Thursday and should see if it goes away.
But if we got it someone else must have.
Thanks for your input in advance.
