Ok so my LD provider calls me and is so excited he completed a request to setup International Toll Free access on an existing Toll Free (800)123-4567 and said that it's the same number just call it from anywhere. Then he asks ME - "By the way, how DOES that work?" Okaaay - if he dosen't know then well I think one of you guys would be the only ones that do.
I'm asking some of my users in Europe to test a line for me, and I'm telling them they may need to add a 1 or 0 or 001 or 011 in front of the number (just guessing).
I'm hearing more and more about ITFS, and people seem to really not believe that the number with USA Dialplan "look" to it will work in other Countries.
Looking for someone with experience, know how, info to provide me some feedback. Thanks in advance!
