Items found in event log

For a long time now we have been getting various messages in our event log. They are more anoying than worrying (or should I be worried). Is there any way that I can find out what is causing them and fix it. The errors are:
"AMgr: Error executing agent '(Housecleaning) | aaHousecleaning' in 'reports.nsf': No documents specified"
and
&quot;SchedMgr: Error processing calendar profile document (NoteID: NT00000902) in database mail\<user name>.nsf: Cannot find user in Name and Address Book&quot;
and finally
&quot;AMgr: Agent 'OutOfOffice|OutOfOffice' in 'mail\<user name>.nsf' does not have proper execution access, cannot be run&quot;

Make certain the the server or LocalDomainServers have manager access to this database.

You have a mail file for a user that does not exist. Did someone forget to do the mail file deletion approval?

If you are running R5 or lower, this person has less than designer access to their own database or you are not allowing this person to run agents on the server.

If you are running on R6, this person needs to have Editor access to their own mail db and again, they have to be allowed to run agents on the server.

They don't need unrestricted agent access....
